This is a solid wood 1950's Americana Style Birdhouse. Hand-made to a high standard using quality materials. The wood is aged using a natural process to give it the appearance of a an old building straight off Route 66. The inside of the house, however, has been left completely untreated to ensure a safe environment for the birds. There is also a fully functional front door built into the house to allow for easy cleaning of the inside after nesting season.

This model is based on a 1950's General Store with wooden planking on the front and a real tin roof
