The Barn Birdhouse is made from authentic reclaimed barnwood obtained near my home in Western Wyoming in the Valley of Grand Teton National Park. My forest home is the inspiration for my unique one of a kind functional Birdhouses.

My Birdhouses are made to specification for all cavity nesting birds. Not only are these Birdhouses artfully designed, they are completely functional and ready for years of outdoor (or indoor), enjoyment. Our Birdhouses are built sturdy and of the finest craftsmanship. My 30+ years of carpentry experience, building fine homes, has led to my love of woodworking. The homes I build now are merely of different scale! Each design is unique and we offer one for every taste! Keeping with proper specifications, my Birdhouses have copper lined vent holes; correct floor and hole dimensions: and correct distance from floor to hole, including small ladder rungs inside to assist the chicks with easy access to the entrance hole! Our backdoors are created with a signature design which you will not see on other products. Decorative brass hinges, door knockers and metal latches, allow for easy access to clean the houses out, which is recommended once a year.

Accents include an array of different colored Patina Copper which is individually created for each piece I build. I have a unique process for the way it is mixed and applied, which guarantees each of my Birdhouses is again, one of a kind. I use only brass screws. Other wood such as cedar and pine are often added. The strong hooks are forged from wrought iron and each handmade.

I travel around the Rocky Mountain area, always looking for antique, recycled and reclaimed adornments. We have a collection of small trinkets of brass, sterling silver, copper and many other materials, all of which find homes as the “finishing touch” to my Birdhouses.
